Google has recently launched a change to its ranking algorithm and according to that Google search will now show a large number of results from a single site. You can see it here- (exhibitions at amnh).
I personally believe that this is not a good feature because searcher doesn’t want to see the results from the same site for their search. They want to see various & useful results available on the net so that they can explore more in minimum timeframe.
I guess no one is willing to waste time by clicking on subsequent pages from the same site. In fact, for this they can always use “more from site” command.
