Does PageRank have lost its significance?

Matt Cutts said that ranking is not as important as it used to be. He suggests that the main focus should be on traffic & conversions, not just the rankings. Webmasters should keep building good content and should not worry about keywords or keyphrases. The content should be very natural & original.

SEO in 2009?

Matt said that SEOs should need to work on broader perspective to get great response. They have to think about creating buzz, finding the ways of getting more loyal customers, maximization of ROI, videos creation & optimization, image & flash optimization and more.

According to Matt mobile marketer should think about the users’ experience not just about search engines.

View about Black Hat SEO?

Black Hat SEO is getting more malicious these days & people are doing illegal stuff. Google has been focusing on its different technologies to manage the black hat & spam issue.

Any advantages of using Sub-Domains?

There is no real advantage to using Sub-domains. Sub-domains can actually increase the work.
